Why did KORE Intelligence Platform add ‘Ticketmaster Archtics Plan Dataset’?
To give clients the ability to track sales data at the plan level in an easier manner.
What customers are affected by this change?
Two Circles customers on our KORE Intelligence Platform who have Ticketmaster as a ticketing vendor with Archtics enabled and use our warehouse (DWA) & Helix product.
What’s new?
This data is now available as a daily, full pull for teams that have completed the migrations for JavaCRM. The dataset will populate in the Archtics schema.
** If acct_rep_id = -1, this means the expanded plan ticket records have multiple acct_rep_ids. Please work with your local Ticketmaster reps or Ticket Ops team to understand use case and reconciliation.
What is not affected or included?
This data will not be mapped into the DWA model schema.
How does a customer enable this feature?
Client: Email your client lead asking to enable the plan dataset for your Archtics integration.
