Occasionally, you may need to import data into DWA from a source only once. For example, you might need to load historical data from an older CRM system or retain data after a migration.
In these cases, contact your Customer Success representative. They will work with the DWA team to provide an Amazon S3 location for you to upload the data. After you upload these files, the DWA team will make them available either within the Redshift database or as an external table.
DWA's normal data retention policy applies, but there is no SLO or monitoring.
