SRM Loyalty is available to all organisations currently using ClubCash. Within the SRM Loyalty module, you can check and update Loyalty balances manually, as well as view Scheme Levels and Promotions.
There is a report available in Tableau that gives an overview of confirmed and pending balances, with a breakdown by season, department, scheme level, promotion and awards/redemptions by month and by day.
View Balance & History
- After logging in to APPS, navigate to the SRM Loyalty module from the dashboard on the left-hand side and select Balance & History.
- You will be directed to the Balance & History page. Input the Ticketing System Ref to search for a record then click Continue.
If you are unsure of their Ticketing System Ref, search for the record in Contact Management to locate this.
- You'll see the current balance for the contact, as well as pending balance and entire ClubCash transaction history.
Award Balance
- Once you have located the contact, click Redeem / Award.
- If the user has a balance, you will see the option to either Award or Redeem balance. Select Award. If the user has £0.00 balance you will just see the option to add balance. Add an Amount and a Booking/Order ID (which can be a describe of the award) and click Process.
- The balance will then show as updated.
- If you search again for the record the following day, the award will be visible under History.
Redeem Balance
- Once you have located the contact, click Redeem / Award.
- If the user has a balance, you will see the option to either Award or Redeem balance. Select Redeem. Add an Amount and a Booking/Order ID (which can be a describe of the award) and click Process.
- The balance will then show as updated.
- If you search again for the record the following day, the redemption will be visible under History.
