Within ClubCash, Scheme Levels and Promotions are used to define eligible users and the relevant awards. The Scheme Levels and Promotions that are set up for your organisation can be viewed within APPS if you have the relevant permissions.
Scheme Levels
Scheme Levels define eligible users. This can be based on attributes such as ticket/membership status (season ticket holder, club member etc.) or ticket types (e.g. senior, junior, adult). A different Scheme Level will exist for each group that you want to be eligible for different amounts of awards.
For example, you may want to give Junior season ticket holders a £5 starting balance and Adult season ticket holders 5% ClubCash back on their season ticket cost, therefore these two groups should be created as two separate Scheme Levels.
- After logging in to APPS, navigate to the SRM Loyalty module from the dashboard on the left-hand side and select Scheme Levels.
- You will be directed to the Scheme Levels page. Here you can view all current and historic Scheme Levels. Each Scheme Level has an unique ID, Scheme Level Name, Scheme Level Definition and a start and end date.
Promotions
Promotions define which items eligible users can earn ClubCash on, the dates that they can earn ClubCash from and until, and the award value. There are various different types of Promotions available such as Seasonal (which run for a season), Start-up (awarded on the purchase of a season ticket) and Ad-hoc for other one-off Promotions.
- After logging in to APPS, navigate to the SRM Loyalty module from the dashboard on the left-hand side and select Promotions.
- You will be directed to the Promotions page. Here you can view all active Promotions. Each Promotion has a unique Promo ID, Promotion Name, Promotion Type, Award Type (fixed value or percentage), Award Value and a start and end date.
