Below is a list of classification fields, followed by a list of classification options.
If the classification option that you require is not available during the classification process, please raise a case on the Service Desk for the new options to be created.
Classification Fields
Source | Pre-populated with the source system in which the product came from |
Occasion ID | Pre-populated with the unique product ID from the source |
Occasion Type (required) | Select whether this is a match product (e.g. match ticket), seasonal product (e.g. season ticket) or other type of product such as a soccer school, travel or parking |
Occasion Category (required) | Select whether this is a sport or non-sport event |
Opponent | Select the opponent name from the drop-down list, or select 'new' to manually input another opponent name |
Occasion Location (required) | Select where the product takes place, either Home or Away |
Occasion Description | Pre-populated once Opponent and Occasion Location are selected |
Occasion Start Date (required) | Pre-populated with date of the competition. This can be amended if required. Select the start date and time of the product |
Occasion End Date | Select the end date and time of the product |
Occasion Season | Select the season in which the product takes place |
Occasion Competition | Select the type of competition such as League, Cup, Friendly etc |
