Between August and December 2024, Tableau Cloud customers are taking part in a planned migration from AWS's cloud infrastructure to Salesforce's cloud infrastructure known as Hyperforce. More information can be found in the articles below:

Authorize Access to Cloud Data Published to Tableau Cloud
As a result of the migration, KORE customers who leverage DWA and Sponsorship datasources may encounter abrupt disconnection errors and/or extracts failures.
KORE can help resolve connection issues by entering your organization's Pod Name/ IP address and range into the allow lists for DWA and Sponsorship connections.
Please note - Salesforce or Tableau Administrators in your organization may need to assist you with gathering this information.
To resolve these issues:
1. Locate your Pod Name (Host Name) and IP address and range - under the Pod Name (Host Name) and Initial IP Address and Range After Hyperforce Migration headings in this article: Authorize Access to Cloud Data Published to Tableau Cloud
Example:
2. Submit a support ticket to help@koresoftware.com with a screenshot of the error message encountered in Tableau Cloud, a link to the extract where the failure occurred (if possible), and the new Pod Name and IP address.
3. KORE support will enter the new IP address so end users in your organization can validate Tableau Cloud connectivity has been restored.
