Overview
Hustleboards are a dashboard which shows all of your sales representatives' activity totals. CRM managers can assign weights to specific activities which are used to calculate hustle scores. Each sales rep can see their progress toward weekly or monthly goals compared to other team members. Different teams can configure their own Hustleboard groups so that only the relevant users are included.
Setting up a Hustleboard group
In the Ticketing module in your CRM, open "Configuration Records". Find the "KORE" section and select "Hustleboard Groups".
On the following screen, you can view existing groups. To configure a new group, click the "Create New Hustleboard Group" button.
Hustleboards can be used with any CRM-integrated KORE product. In this case, tick the box next to "Ticketing" and then click "Save" to create the new group.
Adding members to a group
Return to the "Configuration Records" in your CRM and select "Hustleboard Group Members".
Next, click the "Create New Hustleboard Group Member" button.
Use the magnifying glass icon to search for a user you wish to add to the group, or leave it blank to add everyone in your organization to the group. Then select your group from the drop-down list and click "Save & New" to repeat the process until you're finished adding members.
Applying a rule to a group
To begin, return to "Configuration Records" and select "Hustleboard Rules". Then click the "Create New Hustleboard Rule" button.
Next, give the rule a name and select the group from the drop-down list. You can select what activity (or activities) should be part of the rule. Assign a target number and a weighting. The weighting of all your rules should add up to 100 when you finish. This allows you to prioritize activities, such as assigning more importance to appointments than phone calls.
The "Additional Criteria" section lets you limit the rule to a particular category or sub-category. You can also select a Touchpoint as part of the rule.
Finally, click "Save & New" to create your next rule. You can create up to five rules per Hustleboard.
