The other party to a deal. For rights holders, this is usually a brand. For brands, it's usually a rights holder.
Account Group
A generic grouping of account category that is associated to a deal. It may reference a sport league such as NFL or MLS or Industry such as Food or Apparel.
Activate-Only Users
Users whose organization doesn't subscribe to KORE Sponsorship.
Admin Role
An Internal User who can access the organization's Setup area to manage users, organization profiles and system configurations.
Asset Specifications
A detailed description of the asset which may include size, color, etc.
Assets
An inventory item that is bought or sold. Sometimes called a "deal line item" when associated with a deal.
Category
The second level of asset classification. A category belongs to a division. Examples include Digital or Print.
Deal Member
An internal or external user assigned to work on a particular deal.
Deal Name
A title to help identify a particular deal, since a single account may be connected to multiple deals. This is entered when creating a new deal (or syncing one from KORE Sponsorship).
Deals
A contracted sale that has been sold to an organization and needs to be fulfilled.
Department
A business unit within your organization, such as ticket sales, marketing, or finance. The list of departments is customized to an organization's needs.
Division
The top level of asset classification. An organization can have multiple divisions, each with its own assets.
External Users
A non-team member.
In Progress
A status that can be applied to a task, indicating that work has begun for the task.
Internal Remarks
Notes connected to an asset which are visible only to team members.
Internal Users

Non-Team Member
A partner outside of your organization who has been invited to collaborate on a deal.
Organization Profile
The name of the company that subscribes to Activate.
Other Members
A team member who is not a deal member within the selected deal.
Overall Status
The percentage of a deal that has been fulfilled, based on its tasks and assets.
Overdue
A status that can be applied to a task, indicating that is open and the due date has passed.
Profile
The basic information about a user, such as name, avatar, and time zone.
Season
The date range that a deal's requirements must be fulfilled within. The season must be fewer than 365 days but may span two different years. A deal can include multiple seasons.
Sponsorship Users
Team members whose organization also subscribes to KORE Sponsorship. Sponsorship users create deals in KORE Sponsorship, then use Activate to track fulfillment of the deal.
Task History
A list of previously completed tasks.
Task Type
A categorization for tasks customized to an organization's needs. Examples can include Approval, Deliverable, or Milestone.
Tasks
Activities which must be completed, either as part of creating (Activate-only users) or fulfilling a deal. Tasks may be connected to a particular asset or to the deal as a whole.
Team Member
A licensed user who is part of the organization that subscribes to Activate.
