To create a Golden Record, KORE selects the best available information from your sources. Because different sources have different names for the same field, we map each field to the corresponding “KORE Entity” field.
The field mapping tool allows you to view these mappings. It is a read-only tool—you cannot change the mappings.
Mapping fields to a KORE entity makes it possible to compare data from different sources. For example, we can compare the “FirstName” data from two or more systems and, if they’re different, choose which source’s data to use for the Golden Record.
