Note: KORE Intake is in active development. Several new features are planned, and this documentation may not reflect the latest updates.
Intake allows multiple people in your organization to review sponsorship applications. If you have permission to add or remove users, you can select Settings > User & System Setup to open the POP (Portfolio Optimization Platform) Management Portal.
Invite a new user
To add a colleague to Intake, click the Invite User button.
Provide their email address, first name, and last name. Under "Module Access", select "Intake". This will display the list of available security groups.
Each user must be in at least one security group. Select "Intake - Admin" if the user should have access to Intake's settings and scoring rules, otherwise select "Intake - Standard". (There is no need to add a user to both groups—the ability to assign multiple groups exists to accommodate future product enhancements.)
If the user should be able to manage users, also enable "Management Portal" in the "Module Access" section.
Note: Security groups are completely separate from approval groups, a feature related to the Approval Workflow.
Click the Send Invite button when finished. The user’s status will be “Invited” until (a) the invitation expires, or (b) they click the link in the invitation email, at which time they become "Active".
You can resend or revoke the invitation if it hasn’t been accepted yet, regardless of whether the invitation has expired yet.
Edit an existing user
To edit an existing user, click the pencil icon on that user’s row.
If you revoke access to all modules, the user's status will become "Inactive". To maintain data integrity, a user cannot be wholly deleted after they accept an invitation. You can reactivate an inactive user by restoring their access to at least one module.
Manage security group membership
To bulk edit the membership of security groups, click the Manage Groups button. You can add users to and remove users from the selected group by choosing them from the drop-down selector. You can also remove users with the "x" icon.
