KORE’s CRM-integrated products add specialized features for sports and events to your existing CRM. When your organization subscribes to one or more of these products, we install a module for each one. This page briefly describes the Sponsorship module’s main features and what you can do with them.
KORE Sponsorship & Partner Engagement helps organizations manage assets, make sponsorship deals, and create contracts—all without leaving your CRM. By pairing Sponsorship with KORE Activate, you can also track the fulfillment of these deals.
Note: KORE Sponsorship is highly customizable for an organization's specific needs, so you may notice differences between your environment and what the documentation describes. Please reach out to your org's admin or your KORE Success Manager if you have questions.
KORE Sponsorship includes many of the same CRM enhancements offered by KORE Ticketing: the to-do list helps organize your tasks and priorities, the activity screen can be customized with sponsorship-specific fields, and the activities grid provides a readily accessible view of your interactions with a client.
KORE Sponsorship adds sophisticated inventory management to your CRM. All the assets and entitlements available to sponsors are organized into segments, with quick access to availability and rate cards. Inventory can be sold by the season or for specific events. You can manage post-season inventory separately, with different availability and rate cards than your regular season.

Many sponsors purchase assets for specific events. KORE Sponsorship helps you track all the different events each season so you can sell and deliver effectively. You can also categorize them into different event lists (like home and away games) and select which event lists an inventory item can be delivered during.

KORE’s Deal Manager provides a streamlined way to assemble inventory, project revenue, schedule payments, and manage exclusivities. Use the sales pipeline to keep track of key contacts, sales goals, customer objections, and more. The approval workflow ensures each deal goes through the proper channels within your organization.
Contracts and invoices
Once a deal is made, KORE Sponsorship can generate a contract for it by automatically combining your legal boilerplate with the deal’s specific details. The contract is saved as an MS Word file so you can make any necessary adjustments for one deal without changing the templates used for other deals.
The invoice console simplifies billing using customizable invoice templates. KORE Sponsorship uses the billing details entered into the deal sheet to generate invoices as MS Word or PDF files. The system also helps you track the status of each invoice and payment.
If your organization uses KORE Activate, KORE Sponsorship can automatically export all the details to it once a deal is contracted. Use Activate to organize fulfillment tasks, manage deliveries, and collaborate with sponsorship partners in a user-friendly web app. All your KORE Sponsorship accounts, events, inventory, and deals are transferred seamlessly—including updates and changes made after the deal closes.
