Channels represent the medium in which as asset was delivered. They provide an optional way to track additional details of a delivery. For example, a social media post might be made on Twitter, Facebook, or any other network. You could also use channels for player appearance assets to track the specific player who attended an event.
To configure channels, navigate to Setup > System Configurations > Delivery.
Every channel must have a unique name, but labels (type, category, and group) are optional. Click the + icon to add a new channel and use the check mark icon to save it.
Channel labels are useful for categorizing channels. You can add a label while creating a channel by selecting "Add new type". Alternatively, use the Channel Labels section to view and edit your labels. The channels configured here will be available for all users in the Delivery Manager.
